  • Stroyan Bathroom

    -->

    PROJECT: I began Lisa's bathroom remodel by removing the tile shower walls and the underlying sheet rock and insulation. After removing the tub I was ready to begin rebuilding. I framed-in recessed cubbies for soap and shampoo, supervised installation of a new tub, insulated the walls and laid vapor barrier before installing James Hardie brand HardieBacker Concrete Board (Backerboard).

  • Bieda Fence

    -->

    The original fence on this 60's era house needed replacement after sustaining storm damage. We added 3 brick pillars (two on the corners) for strength and beauty. The pillars were supported by a 8 foot steel pole cemented 3 foot deep in a 12 inch hole, with a poured foundation and a core of square cinder blocks filled with concrete. The remainder of the fence was secured to steel posts set in concrete.
